of 3337x Platform Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

References to "including" are not limiting. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. References to any law include amendments to that law in force from time to time.

By accessing the 3337x Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their current form and as amended from time to time in accordance with Section 12 of this document.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all interactions you have with the 3337x Platform, including but not limited to: browsing the Platform as a guest, registering a new Player account, making deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, or other sports markets, playing live casino games or slot titles, claiming any bonus or promotional offer, and contacting 3337x customer support.

If you are accessing the 3337x Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

3337x reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

To access betting, casino, and gaming services on the 3337x Platform, you must create a registered Player account. The following conditions govern account registration and ongoing eligibility:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 3337x strictly prohibits the use of its services by anyone under the age of 18. We conduct age verification checks as part of the KYC process, and any account found to be operated by a minor will be immediately closed with funds returned to the source payment method.
• One account per player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one 3337x account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 3337x accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately.
• Jurisdiction: You represent that online betting is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your location. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 3337x complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to your jurisdiction. 3337x does not provide legal advice.
• KYC verification: Before your first withdrawal, and at any other time at 3337x's discretion, you may be required to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe will result in your withdrawal request being placed on hold until verification is completed.

3337x reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached any of the conditions set out in this section.

Deposits: 3337x accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 3337x account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Card deposits may be subject to a processing delay of up to 30 minutes depending on your issuing bank.

3337x does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply its own transaction fees. Please consult your payment provider's terms for details. 3337x is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: 15 minutes to 24 hours from approval
• Visa, Mastercard: 3 to 5 business days from approval

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 3337x payments team before being approved. 3337x reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly for withdrawals above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Chargebacks and Disputes: Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit transaction via your bank or payment provider will result in the immediate suspension of your 3337x account pending investigation. If a chargeback is found to have been made fraudulently, 3337x reserves the right to pursue recovery of the full amount, including any winnings derived from funds subject to the chargeback.

Currency Conversion: Players who register with INR as their account currency will see all balances displayed in INR. Deposits made in BDT via bKash or Nagad will be converted at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction, as displayed on the deposit screen. 3337x does not charge a currency conversion fee; however, the exchange rate applied includes a small spread.

3337x offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players in Bangladesh, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slot titles, and cricket-specific cashback during BPL and IPL seasons. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer.

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual bonus terms at the time the offer is presented. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the Bonus Funds (and any winnings derived from them) being forfeited.
• Bonus eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who have previously self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible for bonus offers.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games, and certain slot titles may contribute a lower percentage toward clearing wagering requirements than standard slot games. Contribution rates are disclosed in the specific terms of each bonus offer.
• Maximum bet while using Bonus Funds: While Bonus Funds remain active in your account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per wager. Placing bets in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited. The maximum bet limit is disclosed in the specific terms of each bonus.
• Bonus abuse: 3337x employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, structured betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, coordination between multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotions. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be closed.
• Promotional changes: 3337x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account.

Seasonal promotions — including those timed around Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March) — are subject to the same general bonus terms as standard promotions, with specific terms disclosed at the time of each seasonal campaign.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted through the 3337x Platform. These rules are supplementary to any specific rules applicable to individual games or markets, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

Sports Betting:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. 3337x reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data. Where a live data feed is unavailable or delayed, 3337x reserves the right to suspend in-play markets without prior notice.
• Bets on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers' international fixtures — are governed by the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or declared void, applicable void rules will be applied as detailed in the specific market rules displayed on the betting interface.
• 3337x does not accept bets placed after a market has closed. Any bet placed after market closure due to a technical error or data delay will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per Player. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting markets and may vary by sport and market type.

Casino & Slot Games:

• All slot and casino games offered on 3337x are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and are not influenced by 3337x.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected game round will be voided and the wager refunded to the Player's account balance. Winnings derived from a malfunctioning game round will not be paid out.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are provided by the game supplier and are available within the game information panel. Actual individual results will vary from the stated RTP due to the nature of RNG-based outcomes.
• Live casino table limits (minimum and maximum bet per round) are set by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are displayed on the relevant table before you join. 3337x may apply additional account-level limits in certain circumstances.

3337x reserves the right to declare any bet or game round void where there is reasonable evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or any attempt by a Player to exploit a pricing or software error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account.

By using the 3337x Platform, you agree to act in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one 3337x account for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent a suspension or self-exclusion.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods (bKash accounts, bank cards, etc.) to fund your 3337x account.
• Money laundering: Using the 3337x Platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from any illegal activity. 3337x cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations and is required to file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) where applicable.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to exploit betting markets, casino games, or promotional offers in a manner that provides an artificial advantage to one or more parties.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or otherwise interact with the 3337x Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or display errors on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover an error are obligated to report it to [email protected] immediately.
• Impersonation: Using another person's identity, account credentials, or payment details to access or operate a 3337x account.
• Abusive conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward 3337x customer support staff or other Platform users in any communication channel.

3337x employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 3337x will close the relevant account(s), void all pending bets and game rounds, forfeit all Bonus Funds and Real Funds in the account where legally permitted, and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

All content displayed on the 3337x Platform — including but not limited to the 3337x brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, icons, text content, odds data, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3337x or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3337x Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial entertainment betting and gaming activity. This licence does not grant any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 3337x Platform without prior written consent.
• Use the 3337x brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any promotional material, website, social media profile, or commercial context.
• Scrape, extract, or commercially exploit any data, odds, or content from the 3337x Platform by automated or manual means.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 3337x Platform content.

Game content provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other third-party studios is the property of those respective studios and is used by 3337x under licence. Players may not reproduce or distribute such game content in any form.

Any unauthorised use of 3337x intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal action. If you believe any content on the 3337x Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact [email protected] with a detailed notice of the alleged infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3337x shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of funds resulting from bets or wagers placed on the Platform in the normal course of gaming activity.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or outages affecting access to the Platform or the settlement of bets, where such failures are outside the reasonable control of 3337x.
• Loss of data, corruption of account information, or unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that later prove to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.
• Losses incurred as a result of changes in currency exchange rates between BDT and INR or any other currency.
• Any indirect, special, or consequential loss including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if 3337x has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Where 3337x is found to be liable to you under any circumstances, the total aggregate liability of 3337x to you shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by you into your 3337x account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

The 3337x Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3337x makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own device.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your 3337x account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before your account is closed, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline set out in Section 4. Any remaining Real Funds balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds balances are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

Suspension or Closure by 3337x: 3337x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Where 3337x has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Where a Player's conduct is found to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
• Where a Player has been found to have provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Where a Player's account is involved in a chargeback dispute with a payment provider.
• Where 3337x is required to act in compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a regulatory authority.
• Where a Player has self-excluded via the Responsible Gaming tools and subsequently attempts to open a new account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 3337x will endeavour to complete its review within 14 business days. During the suspension period, the Player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or wager. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, full account access will be restored promptly.

Where an account is permanently closed by 3337x due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Real Funds remaining in the account may be withheld at 3337x's discretion pending the outcome of any related legal proceedings. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of closure due to breach.

3337x is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players in Bangladesh. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable, recreational activity and that Players should always remain in full control of their gambling behaviour. To support this commitment, 3337x provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session reminders that notify them after a set period of continuous play. 3337x recommends taking regular breaks during extended gaming sessions.

3337x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, changes in the services offered by 3337x, changes in payment processing arrangements, or updates to responsible gaming policy.

When material changes are made to these Terms & Conditions, 3337x will provide notice by one or more of the following methods:

• Displaying a prominent notice on the 3337x homepage or login screen for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.
• Sending a notification to the registered email address associated with your 3337x account.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date and version number displayed at the top of this Terms & Conditions page.

Your continued use of the 3337x Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect by contacting [email protected]. Closing your account after receiving notice of an amendment but before the effective date will be treated as a voluntary closure under Section 10, and your Real Funds balance will be returned to you.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates to third-party provider names — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

The version of these Terms & Conditions that was in force at the time a dispute arose shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless both parties agree in writing to apply a later version.
